THE RESERVATION WILL TAKE EFFECT AFTER THE DEPOSITE ARRHES : For all reservations, we require a deposit of one night.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

* If cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.

* If cancelled between 7 and 15 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit is refunded.

* In case of "no show" or cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Full amount of your stay will be charged to your account upon reservation as deposit

75% of your deposit is refunded if reservation is cancelled 2 months before arrival date.

50% of your deposit is refunded if reservation is cancelled 1 month before arrival date.

0% of your deposit is refunded if reservation is cancelled less than 1 month before arrival date.
