For those wanting a lighter fare, the Brasserie Le Village was recently opened, next door to Le Grimaldi. It offers typical brasserie dishes such as entrecote with fries, various salads and pastas, as well as differing plats du jour. Also unique to the brasserie experience are some Vietnamese dishes such as Nems, Misao (crispy noodles with chicken), vermicelli with chicken, from our chef Mee.
