Restaurant Grimaldi
The restaurant Le Grimaldi with its Chef de Cuisine Patrice Remy is offering a first class gastronomical experience. Patrice, an artist in presentation and tasteful combination of the freshest ingredients the sea and the country has to offer, will take you on a gastronomical trip: His menu “Decouvert” (39 Euros) offers fantastic value for money – a three course meal offering the choice of a starter, entrée and dessert. The wine list offers a good selection of local vineyards, classic Bordeaux`s, Cahors, Loires and Burgundy`s The owner also offers wines fro m a private selection worth discussing. The prices range from 23 – 115 Euros per bottle.
In summer lunch and dinner are served on the terrace overlooking the square and the valley with magnificient sunset views, framed by beautiful plants and a lightning of candles and torches. The terrace offers up to 48 covers. In winter the restaurant offers 28 covers inside featuring changing exhibitions from local artists. Also in summer, guests can enjoy jazz concert in the plaza in front of the restaurant every Friday in July and August.
