Our chef makes and prepares a range of bistro-style cuisine from the South of France using fresh products and which you'll enjoy best accompanied by our selection of wines, sourced, in particular, from small local vineyards that practice organic farming methods.
Savour and enjoy the restaurant's characteristic atmosphere and ambiance, which combines the antiquity of the listed building with modern styling, and marvel at the wonderful dishes served at the restaurant Grimaldi, as deliciously gourmet as they are exquisitely subtle. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday all day.
The restaurant is open all week except on Tuesday.
Like the creations of the illustrious artists who've stayed in this picturesque little village, the dishes, which alter with the seasons, are themselves creative compositions blending a mixture of textures, flavours and colours.
Begin, for example, with the beignets de fleurs de courgette (courgette flower fritters) or the mini tartare de bœuf au caviar (mini steak tartare with caviar). Follow this with the risotto aux St Jacques (scallop risotto) or the filet de bœuf Rossini et jus truffé (fillet of beef Rossini with truffle sauce). Then to finish with, delight your taste buds with a genuine Brussels waffle accompanied by chocolate coulis.
And to really make the most of your break and enjoy it to the full, stay in one of our five adorable rooms.
Take a relaxing break and contemplate the village square and its château while gently sipping a cocktail, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
And on Friday evenings in summer, enjoy the melodious notes of one of the jazz concerts: something else this little enchanting village is also famous for.
The entire Grimaldi can be booked for private events or corporate functions. The whole team is available to ensure your special occasion is a success.
